Annual Board Meeting- February 4, 2025
The Annual Homeowner's Board Meeting is scheduled (as per the By-laws) for Tuesday, February 4, 2025 from 4-6pm. This meeting will be held virtually using Zoom. To access the meeting, click on the following URL
Should a quorum not be present at the by-law designated meeting, the alternative date is
scheduled for Thursday, February 18, 2025. This meeting will be held at the Ashland Public
Library, Guanajuato room from 7-8:30pm.

Landscaping Improvement Survey and Ballot
A Landscaping Survey and Ballot was sent to all HOA members to solicit feedback regarding the long-term efforts to improve the neighborhood aesthetic and reduce water usage and maintenance costs.
A letter was sent to the HOA members summarizing the results of the survey and ballot in early March 2025.
