My partner and I are interested in constructing actual steps down to the creek in Kestrel Park. I've contacted the city for permission. If we secure approval, anyone want to help us? we'll buy some 4X4's for steps and some rebar to hold them in place. I have a 100 lb bag of gravel to backfill these. Thoughts?
